Tomorrow’s Leaders Summit which will happen over the weekend of 18 - 20th March, 2011 in Kuching Sarawak and are proud that Malaysia’s leading animators and developers of the successful Upin & Ipin series will be joining with Tomorrow’s Leaders at this event.

To date, the series has reached its fourth season and from season three onwards, the year-long, secularly themed Upin & Ipin and Friends, made the series' international debut via the Disney Channel Asia, and tells the lives of Upin and Ipin with their friends.

“To be able to have the creators of such a successful Malaysian product producing a workshop for young Malaysians is a scoop for Tomorrow’s Leaders – this is the kind of workshop and hands on experience that can inspire our young leaders to pursue their dreams.” Stated, Anne Velu, who went on to say, “When you can meet with and find out from, through personal interaction how to make a successful international product, it will create an excitement in you and that will inspire you!”

“Animators need to be story tellers with a flair for the dramatic plus have drawing ability and technical skills which can be learnt.  Over the last few years animation has taken some major leaps forward.  Applications for animation are numerous and can be from advertising to special effects to video games as well as the development of cartoons.  Animation skills are now in high demand so for those who are considering this as a career or as a possible business, the time to move into this areana is now!” Velu said, “plus this is a career where teamwork is high on the list of skills needed so great communication and interpersonal skills will be of advantage to you.”  We are really looking forward to working with this great team at Les Copaque Productions
